The DS Twist is an adjustable downstream soft wash nozzle engineered to operate in tandem with a traditional pump-side downstream injector.
Features an integrated rotating outer shroud that continuously adjusts the spray pattern from a 0° pinpoint stream to a 60° wide fan.
Eliminates nozzle-mounted suction lines, allowing operators to siphon cleaning solutions directly from truck/trailer supply tanks without lugging a 5-gallon pail around the site.
Functions as an all-in-one shooter tip, projecting soaps and rinse water up to 40, 50, or 60 feet high (depending on machine GPM) to wash multi-story structures from the ground.
Saves time and increases jobsite safety by removing the need to stop and manually swap low-reach and high-reach spray tips or climb ladders.
Nozzle Mechanism: Integrated rotating outer shroud collar for variable pattern adjustment.
Spray Patterns: Continuously variable from a 0-degree stream to a 60-degree wide fan.
Operating Pressure: Rated for high-pressure systems up to 4,500 PSI (usable with 1,000 to 6,000 PSI machines).
Operational Discharge Pressure: Drops system output pressure below 100 PSI at the nozzle to activate the downstream injector.
Required System Setup: Operates with a pump-side downstream chemical injector mounted at the pressure washer.
GPM Calibration, Vertical Reach, & Pricing: Available in three standard GPM sizes (retailing around 80.00–90.00):
2–3 GPM (SKU: 7703): Vertical reach up to 40 feet
3–7 GPM (SKU: 7704): Vertical reach up to 50 feet
7–12 GPM (SKU: 7705): Vertical reach up to 60 feet
Hose Length Limit: High-pressure hose run should be kept under 100 feet to maintain proper pressure differential and chemical draw.
Inlet Connection: 1/4" Male Quick-Connect plug.
Included Nozzle Accessories: None required at the gun (no vinyl suction hose, hose barb, check valve, or proportioner tips included).
Low-Pressure Injector Activation: When connected to your wand and operated, the DS Twist drops the water discharge pressure below 100 PSI, creating the necessary pressure differential for your rig's pump-side downstream injector to siphon detergent.
Rig-Mounted Detergent Siphoning: Cleaning solutions are pulled directly from your truck- or trailer-mounted supply tank into your high-pressure hose line, keeping operators mobile and free of carry-along pails or nozzle suction hoses.
Continuous Spray Pattern Adjustment: Rotating the outer shroud changes the spray geometry on-the-fly from a tight 0° stream for long-range vertical projection up to 60 feet down to a soft 60° fan pattern for close-up washing.
Simple Soap-to-Rinse Transitions: To switch from soap application to clean rinsing, the operator simply pulls the downstream injector's suction line out of the chemical tank back at the rig to flush clean water through the line.
Products manufactured by X-Jet Technologies, Inc are warrantied for 90 days from date of shipment or purchase date from your distributor when properly installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with X-Jet Technologies instructions. In no event will X-Jet Technologies have a warranty obligation for normal wear and tear, or for products that have, at our determination, been subjected to accident, abuse, modification, improper installation, or improper maintenance including but not limited to corrosion due to not rinsing the parts after each use and improper storage causing damage. Shipping back to our facility for inspection is the responsibility of the customer. Contact the supplier you purchased from to obtain a Return Good Authorization (RGA). No material is accepted without the proper RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
Equipment which proves to have a manufacturer’s defect upon our inspection will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you via ground shipping. If it is determined the issue is NOT a manufacturer’s defect, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Our liability ceases upon delivery to any common carrier. If special shipping such as Next Day Air or insured shipping are required, the customer will pay for such charges.
