What is the Warranty of an X-Jet?

Products manufactured by X-Jet Technologies, Inc are warrantied for 90 days from date of shipment or purchase date from your distributor when properly installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with X-Jet Technologies instructions. In no event will X-Jet Technologies have a warranty obligation for normal wear and tear, or for products that have, at our determination, been subjected to accident, abuse, modification, improper installation, or improper maintenance including but not limited to corrosion due to not rinsing the parts after each use and improper storage causing damage. Shipping back to our facility for inspection is the responsibility of the customer. Contact the supplier you purchased from to obtain a Return Good Authorization (RGA). No material is accepted without the proper RGA (Return Goods Authorization).

Equipment which proves to have a manufacturer’s defect upon our inspection will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you via ground shipping. If it is determined the issue is NOT a manufacturer’s defect, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Our liability ceases upon delivery to any common carrier. If special shipping such as Next Day Air or insured shipping are required, the customer will pay for such charges.

X-Jet Technologies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those included in this warranty statement, and assumes no liability in the cleaning or chemical application with X-Jet products as use and conditions are beyond our control.
